Importing events?
Importing events?
I've successfully imported my accounts and contacts (from SugarCRM), but still need to import my events (tasks, meetings, etc.).
Other messages in this forum suggest using Setup > Data Administration > Migrate Data from other CRM, but this seems to be "grayed out" and inactive. Can someone please tell me why this is and how I can get my events imported into Zoho CRM? Thanks!
