Importing Events/Tasks/Calls

Does anyone have a step-by-step guide for importing Events/Calls/Tasks. Can't find anything in the help sections (seems very glossed over).

When I try, the imports does not link to Accounts or Contacts, but does link to the Leads module. Zoho themselves had a chat with me, but are seemingly unable to understand my problem.

It's simple, when importing Events for an other CRM, the import does not link to th the Account and Contact records, even though the Account Name and Contact Name are identical. Any ideas, suggestions, and as requested above, a step-by=step guide.
