I'm trying to import the data from CSV file in Unicode encoding. Because I use czech and russian letters. 

I Can't import it. I load the file, even match the fields! Than I send it and it says "wait....you will receive an e-mail"

But since that time, there were no mails or any kind of respond. What should I do.
