Importing Folders from other Webmail Services

Hi there,

Is there anyway to import mail from Yahoo Mail or GMail that has already been sorted into folders on those tools? I'd like to centralize my system usage on Zoho, including mail but need to retain the messages already in those accounts....

Any help or advice is most appreciated....
