Importing interest survey data into CRM

Hi there,

I want to create a very simple product survey and find a way to automate the data gathered from each survey into our CRM database. Does anyone have any tips on execution or what I could use to do this? Was thinking of creating some sort of google doc or excel sheet.

1. Create a product survey with a variable where the survey taker will enter in their name (name is required). Each question is a simple "Are you interested in this Product X?" Yes or No
2. Once the survey is complete, it will generate data into our CRM 'an interest record' to figure out which of our customers would be interested in Product X and which would not.

I'm not tech savvy at all, so some suggestions on how I could run this would be great.
