When importing leads why does Zoho not look for duplicates in the contacts module or at least give you the option to search both modules? It makes no sense that Zoho would only look at the leads module for duplicates. That means I would have to manually search our CRM before ever uploading leads to ensure they aren't already a contact.
When using Zoho BCC dropbox, it searches both leads and contacts module before creating a new lead. Why isn't this a feature when uploading leads?
