importing leads csvs

hi, just started using zoho

i just had a question about importing the leads in csv format

After importing, only 9 out of some 2000 entries actually show up.

I've referred to the Zoho help and tried searching this in the forum without success

I am guessing there is something wrong with the way the way I've formatted/structured the csv file in excel

Can you please share some troubleshooting technique that may solve this?

I removed all apostrophes in the file and also closed it before importing like the help said. Still exactly 9 entries show up...

edit: oh and by the way, I am importing this from netsuite.
