regarding zoho mail, my mail account will not import my contacts. they came from ixact.com and are now in a csv file. i have imported them as a report in zoho, however cannot transfer them into mail. 

the mail account says it has reported the problem (not being able to import the csv file). however nothing has been fixed for days.
