Each month I receive a commissions report from companies I represent. Once i receive these, I manipulate the data to be imported as 'closed won' potentials into Zoho so I can track account performance. However, because zoho allows for duplicate account names how can I be sure that the potential is assigned to the correct account? Surely we should have an option to import potentials by 'Account ID' rather than 'Account Name' to be sure the potential is applied to the correct account?

I realize that in 'Migrate from other CRM' there is an option to provide Account ID within the Potential import function, however, when I use this by supplying the Zoho Account ID I receive the error:  Could not find a matching parent record for this look up field. I assume it is because Zoho expects a different account ID from a different CRM so will not allow the use of a Zoho account ID?

Any help will be appreciated.
