Importing Records

I'm trying to import leads into Zoho CRM...the system says it is "importing records", however, nothing happens...just stalls on this process.

There is only 250 records in both the XLS and CSV file that I have tried to import. Furthermore, I'm only trying to import 2 fields, first name, and email...I'm assuming this is ok?
