Importing Records

Hi,

I am using your product and I love it.
However, I encountered a problem trying importing contacts from Excel.
I made sure that the list has not more than a 1000 contacts and my excel application was closed.
When I import my contacts it succesfully maps the fields but at importing it just shows the "importing bar" and does not finish the job.
