I am using the import wizard to import tasks from a different CRM using a .CSV file. In the test import I am running, the contact name is not being passed. Also, the Task Owner ID is not working properly because it is assigning all of the tasks to my user instead of the zoho user that I am mapping.
Here is an example of the formats I am using in my CSV file to map:
Task Owner Id: zcrm_1846966000000176021
Contact Name: Doe John (Last Name First Name)
Is this the proper data that should be passed in the import? Is the Task Owner Id supposed to only be the number? If this user id is incorrect, where should I find the correct user id that corresponds to the Zoho user?
