Impossible to add alias to my Domain - all mail sent to gmail are SPAM

I have problems with Zoho.
We are interested to apply a subcription with your comany, but we have actualy some issues not resolved.

  • Impossible to add alias to user



  • impossible to add an alias ( ID already exist, but this is not true )



  • All message sent to a gmail user goes in SPAM
    • Dkim is implemented
    • SPF implemented
    • Postmaster Google validation for domain done.


  •  sender : (sender-of-o52.zoho.com. [135.84.80.217]) is blacklisted


So can you fix this kind of problem ? If yes, we will use your product, like CRM, mail and contact manager.
