impossible to re create CEO role

impossible to re create CEO role

Hi everybody,

Few weeks ago I started using ZOHO Free edition; I modified the CEO role into General Manager (directeur Général in French)
Recently I expand Zoho usage with 3 new users and migrated onto the Professional edition

I am failing to re create the CEO role; here is the process applied : 

-        settings

-        users

-        role

-        then click on the role named ‘Directeur General’ and click on Modify Icon

-        then erase role name and type CEO

-        save

-        and then I getget very briefly a msg (description area) : crm.security.admin.desc

-        check in role list : no CEO but again Directeur General !

Can someone help me because I need to access to DB admin tools
