IMPOSSIBLE to restore Backup

IMPOSSIBLE to restore Backup

As usual, there is no way to restore the thing that you guys say is a backup - it's not. It's a random dump of data that can, with hours of work, get you back to CLOSE to where you were before everything was deleted.

Here's what's missing:
  1. The ability to restore a backup that you say is a backup (A backup is what you use to get your system back up. That's why it's called a backup)
  2. Data is missing from the dump (It's a dump, it's not a backup). At least taxes, I'm sure I'll find more as I go through
  3. The ability to do more than 2 backups a month. I did one backup last week, and I have to wait for 15 days until I can do another one.

There's a random post buried in here with steps saying how to do it. IT's not in a wiki, or in any documentation anywhere. It's just by pure luck that google has it half way down the first page on 'How to restore a backup of zoho books'.  After many people saying 'You can't, it's not a backup, don't use Zoho Books'.

So. Can SOMEONE PLEASE take some time and actually provide something that IS a backup, and the ability to RESTORE that backup. Please.

Or, stop calling it a backup. Either way.
