Impossible to verify domain and set-up Zoho email

I have followed the instructions to the letter. Everything is as it should be, and yet verifying my domain seems to be beyond the realms of my powers.

Is it me? Is there something wrong with my reading and understanding of instructions or have others suffered this problem also?
