Hi Zoho Recruit team,

I would like to suggest an improvement to the candidate/application experience in Zoho Recruit.

Today, it is difficult to get a full picture of a candidate when working from the Quick View, since notes are split between:

• Notes related to the candidate
• Notes related to the specific job application

This creates unnecessary clicks and makes it harder to quickly assess the candidate during high-volume work.

Suggestion: Add an option in Quick View to display:

• Both candidate notes and application-specific notes
• Possibly as a combined or toggleable view (e.g. “Show all notes”)

This would:

• Reduce navigation and clicks
• Increase recruiter efficiency
• Improve visibility when screening candidates quickly

Even a simple toggle or setting (e.g., “Include related notes in Quick View”) would make a big difference.
