A kanban view with more information about the ticket and the contact who created the ticket would be valueble.

I would like to edit the fields with the ones i like to see at one glance. Like in CRM where you can edit the canvas view, i would like to edit the canvas for the statusview.

In statusview i cannot see any phonenr or email address, without clicking or open the contact.

Are there any plans to add a Kanban view for the Desk for both tickets and tasks?  I have installed the tasks one addon - but not working very well and icons missing, lack of features and no tickets support.

ok thanks :) i managed to find that Tickets is possible by the term status filter (was looking for Kanban).   I am ok for now - but this feature improved is always good!
