Improved Search using Limiter Buttons/Terms for Bug Tracker

It would be really nice if it were possible to perform searches for a specific string of text but limit it using a variety of buttons and search terms that constrain the search similar to other search tools or JIRA's JQL. Right now, the BugTracker search has only limited usefulness in that it will return ALL items containing certain terms even if those have been closed.

For example, let's say a user is wanting to search for a bug that was closed a few months back. With search limiters, he could enter "Payer couldn't make a payment WHERE status=closed" and only see closed bugs with those search terms. He could also select a certain status drop-down beneath his search to limit it that way as well.

Additionally, it would be really nice if the "recent searches" were displayed when a user is attempting a search as well as when he has made one.
