I'm using Zoho CRM for 2-3 months and very happy about it. We have small (3 sales) sales department, so Zoho is brilliant for us :)

I have some ideas, how to make our Zoho CRM better:

#1. Account view. When you want to find CIO or CFO in Contacts for some Account - it is a big problem, because you cant see the Title in this small preview!




#2. 90% of time I use Zoho CRM - I use Activities tab (usually to do my calls). Sometimes I need to print my activities for today (Account, Contact, Phone number, Description where I save the history of communication). I can do this, because I cant print the phone number from activities.




P.S. May be I can't do this with existing tools...
