It not only doesn't have the option to add new workflows with Cliq notification actions but does not show current actions already set up as such... 

As you can see in the image, my actions that were already there are gone but also no option to add Cliq notification actions in action options.

Is this normal? And if so, are there other limitations in Sandbox similar to this I should be aware of before I spend too much time on pre-production edits?
