Users can now notify the contact while adding a 'Resolution' to the ticket.

In the latest version of the Desk iOS mobile app (v2.6.4), users can now notify the contact while adding a 'Resolution' to the ticket. Also, the 'Resolution' UI has been tweaked to support edit and delete option.
Please update the app either from the App Store or using the link given below:
