Inactive Accounts URGENT

Hello,

On Monday 01.02.2016 I have created accounts for info@dentoma.sk and info@scoolicka.sk.

Both of them had some additional users/subaccounts.

Yesterday both accounts have gone inactive (I have no idea why). I am trying to get to you, sending emails, reporting tickets, but no answer yet. We are quite loosing a lot of clients and important emails this way. Please can u at least have a look at it and give me your feedback about it? Maybe to let me know if it is worth to wait for your answer or better move to another platform and try luck there.
