we are currently investigating, how to deal with people leaving companies etc.

I was quite surprised, taht ZoHo has no option to "deactivate" contacts, so they remain in the system and historical data, but they do not appear in contacts, global search etc, despite looking for inactive contacts....

So my idea was to implement an option set (active & inactive). Filtering in the Views is at "Contact" Module is quite easy, but filtering in Accounts, Global search etc. semms not to be possible...

How do you behave with retired or people who left the company?
