In our previous CRM, we could store inactive contacts (retired, terminated, etc.) of our accounts, but also reduce their visibility. So for example, if we created a note, inactive contacts would not show up on the list of contacts to choose from.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to apply this condition to contacts in a Zoho CRM?
