Inbound Call notification no longer appears RingCentral

Inbound Call notification no longer appears RingCentral

Since I set up RingCentral with Zoho whenever I would call into the Ring Central number we would get a notification in Zoho about the caller and if they had a record in Zoho. 
That no longer happens. RingCentral says it's Zoho's problem and a Zoho tech informed me that I had to go to Ringcentral about this. I need some help resolving this as that was a big selling point for this particular configuration.
