Inbound CRM email like Desk

We have just started to use ZOHO Desk for our ticket management. This works great, we set up email forwarding from our own support email "support@racketware.co.uk" to the ZOHO one "support@racketware.zohodesk.com". And when we send outbound mail that looks like it comes from our own email address too.

We would like to do the same with ZOHO CRM. We have set up the organisation email addresses and verified them fine. So we can now send emails that seem to come from "sales@racketware.co.uk". But we cannot find the address to forward our sales emails to so that we can get them in ZOHO CRM.

Is there an equivalent of the "support@racketware.zohodesk.com" address we can use?
