inbound email

Dear Sirs,

First I would to thank you for the Zoho CRM!

I Like Zoho CRM due to the functions and the price, both are great, but without a good email integration (inbound/outbound), I will wait and I am not going to use it as my full company CRM.

Meantime, since I have to make business, I have to find an alternative solution (I don�t want to use the outlook(?) plug-in, I use Gmail/Zoho mail).

Please could you (or some one) help to find a alternative solution?. I need some solution like an integration of the zoho CRM API and greasemonkey script ?
