I wonder if anyone can help. We are messaging customers from within the crm and would like to know if there is a way that we can receive replies within the crm so that all communication trails are within the crm for all our sales people to see? The issue we have is that when one person emails a customer from within crm, and then receives a reply to their regular mailbox, there is no way for another sales person to see what the customer has replied without communicating with the other sales person. As you can imagine, this is not always possible/easy. 

I saw an answer to this in another thread that said that Zoho doesn't support incoming email into crm but the date of that post was 7 years ago so I'm hoping something has changed since then as I imagine it's a common requirement. 

Any help would be appreciated.
