Inbound emails (with attachments) do they get saved to the right contact?

Inbound emails (with attachments) do they get saved to the right contact?

I am about to get 500 inbound emails from contacts -- in ZOHO -- with a pdf attachment to each of these emails that my contacts will send with their updated prices.

I am wondering will these attachments get saved under the contact's profile under docs attachment?  Or will they just be saved and attached to the email under the contact record?
