Hi,
I contacted support a few days ago but heard nothing back. I have a problem whereby the Inbox on web mail defaults to archive mail when its empty and after I've visited another folder.
EG.
1. I clear all email from my inbox so nothing is there.
2. I visit another folder.
3. I return to the inbox and its in Archived view. To see new email I have to click View All from the drop down menu.
Any chance a fix can be found for this ?
