My email account keeps reloading all my received emails. At first I thought it was just a problem with my Iphone (inbox was repeatedly refreshing and downloading 999 emails) but I now have the same problem using zoho through Windows Live Mail (it has just tried to download thousands of emails). I have had this account for a while with no problems like this and I havent changed or updated anything recently.

Any ideas how to stop this?
