We regret to inform you that we encountered an unexpected server issue on 1 August 2023. The details of the issue are as follows:
- Impacted users: Users in the US DC (users who access cliq services through cliq.zoho.com)
- Issue time: 12:27 AM - 1:48 AM PDT (1 hour 22 minutes), 01 August 2023
- Affected services: Inability to upload/ download files
- Cause: Currently under investigation
Our team swiftly took action and fixed this issue. We are still investigating the cause of this issue and monitoring our servers to prevent this issue from happening again. We will provide a detailed analysis as soon as the investigation is finished.
