Including all data from weeks overlapping with range set in a dashboard's user filter

Problem:

I have a dashboard that displays Deal analytics. Some of the reports summarize deals by week, however, since the endpoints of the user timeline filter may not necessarily fall on the first/last day of a week, those weekly reports will not show all of the data from the starting and ending weeks depicted.

Question:

Is it possible to show data in a report from all weeks overlapping with the period defined by the dashboard's user filter?
