Including Charts in Zoho Form Email Notifications

Including Charts in Zoho Form Email Notifications

I have a form setup that has values assigned to each question.  I have formulas setup to "score" those responses, and I would like to include some charts in my email notification to the submitter.  I see two ways of potentially making this happen:
  1. Passing the data over to Zoho Analytics to create the chart and then pulling it back (not sure if this is possible)
  2. Using conditional logic in the body content of the email to show/hide different charts based on the score.  Not immediately seeing a way to use logic on that section)
Can anyone provide some insight?
