Including custom fields in across all modules (contacts, accounts, etc)

Including custom fields in across all modules (contacts, accounts, etc)

I've created customer fields within a module template (lets call it cold leads) and would like those same custom fields available as options in other modules (lets call it qualified leads). How do I go about that? I didn't see those custom fields listed outside of where I created them in.  Thank you!
