incoming and outgoing disabled
Hi there,
Recently one of our accounts was disabled due to extensive usage (it reached the 5gb storage limit). By the time we realized it was already locked.
We deleted a few messages and managed to go down to 4.2 gb but the problem still persists.
Pls let us know if there is a way to reenable the account.
