Incoming and Outgoing Mail disabled

Please enable Incoming and Outgoing Mail for on of our mail users: tech.executive@jvceng.com
It had been disabled due to exceeding/maxing allotted 5GB of free storage space. Some storage space has been cleared so kindly enable the incoming and outgoing for the mail ID mentioned above.
