incoming calls from phone system don't get assigned their allready existing contact
I have phone calls logged under activity with the syntax 'Created Inbound Call from 0xxxxxxxx to 1000'
All I want, is that IF that phone ALREADY exists under a contact - it will appear under the field 'contact name'
even better - that that call will appear under the contact as call event, automatically.
It is impossible to receive a solution from zoho support - they simply either don't understand what I want, or ignore what I write in my messages. very frustrating.
were still in the process of testing zoho, really need to know if there's a solution.
