Incoming chat to ring to phone
I have a request. Before we moved towards SalesIQ, when a customer would start a chat from our website, it would put the customer in a hold queue state and it would ring to our phone system. When we picked up the phone call it would place the call on hold, but then we would be able to access the chat as normal.
I am wondering if this is possible with SalesIQ. Is it possible that when a customer clicks on chat now button, it would place them in a hold state and it would ring to our phones like an incoming call.
We use Sangoma/Switchvox for our phone system.
