Incoming Client email being tagged as spam

Hi,

We are using the Zoho/Google Mail Add on.  Since setting up one user's clients emails are being routed to Spam, these are vital emails that should not have been flagged.  I have gone through Gmail and they are telling me that it has something to do with Zoho.  Is there a way to turn off the Zoho spam filters on our accounts.  We already have internal tools for this.
