"Incoming Disabled" operation permitted for paid users only.

I see this is a common issue. I have an admin email account that I can access and I have created an additional MMurphy email account for normal use. Problem is 1. Whenever I login to ZOHO mail I am instantly directed to the admin account with no option to select email accounts and no ability to access the MMurphy account and 3. The MMurphy account shows as "incoming disabled" and when I click to enable I get the red message box that says "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. Forgive me for using a free account, but this is a new website/business and you ZOHO did offer 25 accounts for free. What is the fix for this? Money?
