Hello there,
About two days ago one of the accounts related to de domain "ventasbpo.com" was unable to receive emails, in the control panel it says "incoming mail disabled", also not able to remove this block.
I have read about the terms of service, it says accounts get blocked for sending too much email messages, found on forums some people having accounts blocked for receiving too much email, which i find nonsense... but in both cases, the account in mention didn't violated both of these spific cases.
Can you please assist me with this issue?
