About a week ago our accounts using the domain "dconsulate.co.id" was unable to receive emails, in the control panel it says "incoming mail disabled", when i try to enable it says "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only."
I have been disable the accounts for a week, and now they are enabled but got incoming blocked.
Can you please help me with this issue? I want to unblock all of our accounts.
