Incoming email disabled

Hi

We have temporarily disabled an user account and have now enabled it again. All is fine EXCEPT the "Incoming" mail is still disabled and we receive this message when trying to enable it "Operation only permitted by paid customer". We are still in the free users limit, but are growing. Please assist ASAP.

I have sent an email TWICE already to support@zohomail.com and still NO RESPONSE...
