Incoming email go directly to SPAM folder

Hello
I've enabled Zoho mail using: recent: myadress@gmail.com since i have other POP accounts.
All incoming email go derectly to the SPAM folder
Therefore I disabled zoho spam filter processing - but - it does not help!
Please advise.

Also, until problem is solved:
1) How do i transfer all messages from spam folder to Inbox as a bulk?
2) What should  be configures for the emails i send for gmail to go directly to the SEND folder in ZOHO?
