Incoming email maked as SPAM

Hello, we are using outlook 2010 and some email are not being forwarded from zoho, they are marked as spam.
As a hotel we have a lot of individuals customers mails that are getting marked as spam, and this is a major issue for us. We understand that zoho has an automatic filter, is it possible to disable it so we can decide what is or isnt a spam email ?
