Hello,

Is it possible to configure Zoho CRM such that emails sent to my something@zoho.com mail address from the Email app are automatically associated with existing leads and contacts, or if none exists, a new lead is created?  This web page   seems to indicate that it might be possible. What is MailMagnet?  

I tried setting this up  but couldn't make it work.  I e ven started a Professional plan trial for the Zoho mail add-on. Still, couldn't make it work. Is it possible to do what I am trying to, and if so,  ts there a step-by-step guide that explains how to do it?
