Incoming Mail Blocked
It seems that my incoming mail has been blocked since yesterday afternoon, and the only reason given was that the account was "blocked temporarily as a security precaution" and "Mail Box disabled." This account is part of a group, and when I attempt to enable incoming mail for the user in the Control Panel I get a notification stating that only paying customers are allowed to do so. Strange, considering everything worked fine yesterday morning. I sent an email to
support@zohomail.com, but have yet to hear back from anyone (the account has been "temporarily disabled" for nearly 24 hours). I'm just wondering what happened and how I can get my mail account back.
