I have blocked then unblocked user and now
incoming mail has been blocked, and the only reason given was that the account was "blocked temporarily as a security precaution" and "Mail Box disabled." When I attempt to enable incoming mail for the user in the Control Panel I get a notification stating that only paying customers are allowed to do so. I sent an email to
support@zohomail.com
, but have yet to hear back from anyone (the account has been "temporarily disabled" for nearly 24 hours). I'm just wondering what happened and how I can get my mail account back?
